How It Became…

Hi, I’m Kirsten, the heart behind Orderly Oasis. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

Orderly Oasis began with a simple conversation. I was chatting with a close friend about how much I genuinely enjoyed decluttering and organising, not just in my own home, but helping other people create spaces that felt calmer and easier to live in. At the time, I was already helping friends and family sort through cupboards, garages, spare rooms, and all those spaces that slowly become overwhelming. What started as helping people I cared about quickly became something much bigger. One day, that same friend said:

“You know you could really do something with this. There are so many people out there who need this in their life.”

And she was right.

Over time, I’ve worked with families, NDIS participants, people downsizing, people navigating illness, grief, major life changes, and those simply trying to keep up with everyday life. What I’ve learned is that clutter is rarely just about stuff. Behind almost every overflowing cupboard, spare room, or garage is a story. Sometimes it’s overwhelm, it’s exhaustion, it’s grief, health challenges, decision fatigue, or a season of life that became difficult to manage. That’s why my approach has never been about perfection. It’s about helping people take the next step.

What matters most to me, is that I believe everyone deserves a home that supports them. A home that feels easier to manage and that works for them for real life.

When you invite me into your space, you’re inviting me into a very personal part of your world. I don’t take that lightly.
You’ll never be judged, rushed, or made to feel embarrassed.
We’ll simply start where you are and work together to create a home that feels calmer, lighter, and more supportive of the life you’re living.

The boy has blond hair and is holding a water bottle. There is food on the table in front of them, and trees and a cloudy sky in the background.
